CephTracer offers non-tangible irrevocable goods, therefore we do not issue refunds after the tracing/analysis is made available for download. You are responsible for understanding prior to and upon purchasing.
Please make sure that you’ve carefully read all of the relevant documentation and viewed and understand the demonstrations/examples.
CephTracer will only make exceptions with this policy when the tracing/analysis appears to be not-as-described on a case by case basis in agreement of the parties concerned.
The deadline for any refund claim is one week after the tracing/analysis is made available for download. All approved refunds are delivered in the form of a voucher to be used for future purchases within your cephtracer.com account.
